21 Day Fix


I'm really LOVING the fact that I can pretty much take my workout with me WHEREVER and do it WHENEVER I want. No more worrying about having a cute outfit for the gym (yes, I did do that..), No more having to wait and schedule a personal trainer that I'm paying hundreds of dollars to or how much group lessons cost- the good stuff (Yes, I did that too!), No more worrying about how much I'm sweating or what time the gym closes and how long it takes to get to it and back.. I'm doing it all right here, right now! AND I'm seeing more progress then ever before so thats the real bonus right there!

In 21 Days I LOST 5 lbs, then gained back 1.5 but clothes are fitting totally differently so I know its just the muscle that I'm starting to gain. I also lost 7.5 inches from all over.

Did I mention I've only spent 30 MINUTES A DAY!?!? << BEST PART!

DAY 15 of 21: Feeling good! I was pretty excited this morning when I really started to notice my abs/obliques forming and muscle definition in my arms- had to share a pic for accountability! My thighs are a little less jiggly too

I'm loving that it only takes 30 minutes a day and I'm already seeing results 15 days in!

I leave for Mexico in 3 weeks, just in time for the start of Summer (June 21!!).. I'm working hard to stay committed but couldn't do it without my group of girls keeping me motivated and accountable!

I have 2 SPOTS left in my challenge group starting June 9th! If you want to make a change and jump start your nutrition and fitness then join the group and lets do it together!
